1. Registration Period

To avoid long lines for onsite registration, pre-registration options are available at a discount.

Pre-Registration

Early bird： December 1, 2023- April 18, 2024, 11:59 a.m. Japan time

Late： April 18, 2024 noon – June 28, 2024, noon, Japan time

2. Registration Fees

Thank you very much for your overwhelming response to the reception.
Due to the high demand, we have suspended registration for the reception.

※Registration fees for members are untaxed. Registration fees for non-members include tax.
※The above registration fees do not include the cost of food and beverages for luncheon seminars and receptions.
※Reception fees for both members and non-members include tax.
※Senior Members：Senior Members (JNS), Merit / Senior Members (JSN) Regarding honorary members of each society, please confirm with the respective society secretariats.
※FAONS affiliated organization members can participate at the member price.

Notes

• Please select the category corresponding to your status at the time of the meeting (July 24-27, 2024) regardless of your membership in JNS/JSN/JSBP (regular, junior, student, etc.).
• Your registration fee may be supported by Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research or other grants if you are to present the research results at the meeting. Please contact the administrative staff at your workplace for details.

To graduate students

Student ID is required for registration.

• Pre-registration: Please follow the instructions on the pre-registration screen and upload a copy of both sides of your student ID card with the expiry date.
• On-site registration: Please present your student ID card at the registration desk.

Registration fees for undergraduate students

＜Presenters as first authors＞

Registration fees are required. Please be sure to register for the meeting and pay the registration fee.

＜Undergraduates who are not presenters＞
We offer free registration.

3. Payment / Cancellation Policy

・Please select either a credit card payment or bank transfer.
Please note that only credit card payments will be accepted after June 1.
If you wish to receive payment from April onwards for reasons such as workplace transfers, select 'Payment from April onwards'.
・Your registration ID and password are required when you wish to view or change your registered information. Please be sure to keep them in a safe place.
・Cancellation / Modification of your Registration.
Registration fees or reception fees that are already paid will not be refunded for any reason.
Please be sure not to duplicate your registration or payment of registration fees.

5. On-Site Registration

You may register on the day of the meeting.

Payment Method: Credit Card Only
Please proceed to the registration page on Confit by clicking the button below:

• We are preparing to accept applications from July 16 (Tue) onwards.
• After completing the payment, it is recommended to print out the participation certificate and bring it with you for smooth entry.
• After payment is completed, we will issue your Meeting Planner ID and Pass to the email address provided during registration.

On-site Registration (at the registration desk)

Payment Method: Cash Only

Please fill out the necessary information on the "Registration Form" below and visit the on-site registration desk at the venue. The "Registration Form" will also be available at the reception desk of the conference venue.

6. Meeting Badge & Receipt

1）Pre-registered participants
Those who have completed online registration and payment of registration fees will receive the following items:

①Meeting badge (available after mid-July)
②Receipt for the payment of the registration fee

Note:
Meeting badges and receipts will not be mailed. You can download both of them through the registration system if you have already made your payment.

2）On-site Registration
Please receive the above items when you register at the registration desk.

7. Reception(Banquet)

Date & Time:

Thursday, July 25, 2024, 18:45-20:45

Venue:

hotel nikko fukuoka (2-18-25 Hakata Ekimae, Hataka-ku, Fukuoka-shi, Fukuoka）*3 minutes walk from Hakata station.

※Please kindly minors and preschool children that underage children are not allowed to enter the reception room.
※Participants of the reception can use the shuttle bus from the International Conference Center to Hotel Nikko Fukuoka.
※Please pay the reception fee together with the registration fee if you wish to participate in the reception.

8. JNS, JSN, JSBP membership

• JNS, JSN, JSBP Members can get a discount on registration fees: Non-members are encouraged to take this opportunity to join the memberships of those societies.
• First authors must be a member of JNS, JSN, or JSBP. Non-members who are planning to present their work are asked to immediately apply for membership. Please be aware that if your application for membership or payment of membership fee is not confirmed after you submit your abstract, the meeting organizer has the discretion to cancel your submission.
• It may take time to obtain a membership ID (number) after you submit an application. It is advised to apply for membership well in advance.
